Age of Admission
The age of the child will be counted as on 1st April of the year of admission. The following will be the acceptable age group for admission: For Class 1 – 5 years completed on 1st April and so on for subsequent classes.
Admission Rules
The following rules in respect of admission will be applicable.
(I) Admission Test : – The admission test will be held in the following subjects :

| Secondary Classes | English, Hindi, Science, Maths & G.K (X,XI, XII) |
(ii) Admission to Class-I shall not be based on any test.
(iii) If on administration of an admission test for admission to pa particular class, a pupil is found unsuitable for the class, it shall not entitle the pupil for admission to the next lower class, automatically, without any admission test.
(iv) A pupil who fails twice at the annual examination shall not be admitted even in special cases.
(v) Admission without test from one Army School to another on transfer who have completed one academic session in the previous school and their academic records have been received with transfer certificate. The certificate other than those by Army School should be endorsed by the District Education Officer of the District concerned.
(vi) “Admission shall be granted only to “those children who obtain minimum 40% marks in the admission test. Final list of successful candidates will be put upon to the notice board and these students should take admission by the prescribed date, at the time of admission, following documents should invariably be produced.
(vi)- 1. Evidence of date of birth (Copy of part II order or birth certificate issued by Military/Civil Hospital/ Municipalities/Village Panchayat).
(vi)- 2. Transfer Certificate from a recognised school where applicable.
(vi)- 3. Progress Report from the previous school.
Re-admission
Re-admission of defaulters will be accepted payment of Re-admission fee & other dues only during the first week of the month. Decision of the principal for granting re-admission will be final.
